I remember a few weeks after I had successfully treated my low sex drive problem how I started working on my own exercise routine. I really don’t know what clicked in my head at the time, but I just felt like exercising every morning. Well to my benefit, all of that exercise actually helped because not only was I able to lose some weight, but it also helped me improve my sexual performance significantly.
Before I started exercising, I was only able to last an average of about 8 minutes during each round of love making with my wife. After I started exercising, my sexual stamina increased and I was able to last at least 3 times longer in bed because of it. I really didn’t do any of the rough stuff while exercising. I just stuck with some simple workouts like push ups, sit ups, and a whole lot of cardio.
If you guys want to improve your sexual performance, then you should really try doing some exercises. Even doing at least 30 minutes to an hour of cardio each day should be more than enough to keep you going in bed. My wife is definitely one happy lady because of it so I’m sure that all of you other guys out there will be able to satisfy your women even more once you start doing some exercises.
